Linda, Jean and Dave were up early to arrive at the local bootfair soon after 07:00. We were dismayed to find no-one but a couple of stewards at the field. All was not lost though as sellers were being redirected to the Hopfarm for a “mega” bootfair at noon.
Linda and Jean spent three hours working on charity administration before setting out for the venue so the time was not wasted.
The day was hot and we did brisk business, which brought in £162, a good total. As ever, many thanks to our supporters who donated all of the items we sold.
As shown in the photos, we still have some stock but always welcome more items to offer.
