Jean and husband, Dave, visited Cambridge University on 12th February to give a short presentation at King’s College and meet representatives from different colleges to give information about the Aquinoe Learning Centre.
The Southern Africa Fund for Education is just being re-established and gives grants to causes in countries within sub-Saharan Africa.
We gave a basic account of the work we do and the situation at the school. We shall be bidding for money for two projects, physiotherapy equipment and help towards the building of a new dormitory for the youngest children.
