Since May 2010, ALC has employed a temporary, part-time occupational therapist as the previous one had been offered a post at a government hospital and had left the school.
The school has now been able to re-employ a good therapist, Boaz Kipkoech Cheruiyot. Boaz is twenty seven years old and first worked for the school in 2008 but left for personal reasons. He gained his diploma in Occupational Therapy at the Kenya Medical Training College in 2005, so now has five years experience.
